1. Possesses similar values and ideas that align with those of our team: Empathy & Respect
Our company provides diversity and creativity training. We promote empathy and respect for diversity. For us, differences are not barriers but instead a source of power. This concept is easy to talk about but difficult to put into practice. We are seeking those individuals who understand, realizes, and can display this approach through their words and also their actions.
2. Shares a commitment to diversity and creativity-based training.
We are looking for people who truly feel that education in diversity and creativity is necessary, to make for a better world in the future.
3. Has expertise in work related to diversity and creativity.
Especially, candidates who in a broader sense, can display practical achievements, educational achievements, or hold a bachelor's degree, etc., in one of these fields.
4. Is able to conduct business in both Japanese and English.
We are often working in both Japanese and English simultaneously. It is important that our facilitators are fluent English-speakers, who can hold daily, business-level conversations in Japanese, in addition to reading and writing. We also very much welcome applicants who can speak additional languages, in addition to Japanese and English.
5. Is effective at collaborating in a diverse team environment
The various members of our team share a range of backgrounds, whether speaking in terms of: culture, nationality, ethnicity or race, language, different beliefs and so on. We want to find people excited about working with us to create value for our clients.
